All contestants will be recognized with at least a crown and sash on stage.
Secondary Titles
Each grade level will awarded three titles:
The number of alternates must exceed the number of titles. 3 titles will be awarded if 7 contestants compete in the division. 2 titles will be awarded if 5 compete.
